India’s DQ Entertainment has signed a co-production agreement with Italy’s Neo Network, the digital entertainment arm of Zodiak Entertainment, to produce a high definition 2D digital animated TV series entitled The Qpiz.

The Qpiz (52 x 2.5-minutes) follows a group of super heroines of love who try to smooth out the love troubles of others. The interstitial-length series is aimed at girls ages six to 12.

Pre-production is being handled by Neo Network, with the animation left to DQE. Italian pubcaster RAI’s satellite pay-TV offering RaiSat is already on-board and Zodiak Entertainment is distributing the series.

Multi-platform The Qpiz is an original idea created by Neo Network and will be accompanied by a website, Facebook activities, online game and an upcoming licensing and merch program.
