As an ongoing sponsor of Canada-based Sheridan College’s Animation Industry Day, Toronto’s guru Studio granted the 2010 Best Character Animation Award to graduate Kevin Parry for his short film The Arctic Circle.
Told through stop-motion animation, The Arctic Circle centers around greed in the wild, untamed north. Sheridan College’s Animation Industry Day is an annual event that screens student work to industry professionals.
