Wales-based indie producer Calon TV is bringing its new 13 x 20-minute comedy puppet series Zoo Factor to MIPTV.
Aimed at six- to 12-year-olds, the series features a casts of wild animal puppets including tap dancing elephants and snakes, bell-ringing pelicans and tightrope walking penguins.
Commissioned by CBBC, the series is a co-pro between two Celtic TV companies, Calon TV in Wales and Telegael in Ireland. Alan Nixon, former commissioning editor at Five will be directing and producing the series.
The series is distributed by Calon, which will be looking for international sales at MIPTV.
