London-based Ludorum has signed on Tomy as the pan-European licensee for Chuggington arts and crafts products.
The preschool-targeted products will be available in major toy retailers and online retailers throughout Europe from 2011. The Tomy Chuggington range will include a Chuggington Aquadoodle, the water drawing system, as well as Megasketcher.
