The Australian Children’s Television Foundation has sold Sydney-based GoalPost Pictures’ live-action series Lockie Leonard (season two) to Disney XD’s US channel.

Slated to premiere on the US boy-centric net in June, the 52 x 24-minute series, set against a backdrop of great surf on the spectacular coast of Western Australia, will give American kids a look at teenage life Down Under. The series revolves around Lockie Leonard as he deals with school and his social life, which include girl problems and his caring, but definitely odd family.

Lockie Leonard (seasons one and two) is distributed internationally by the Australian Children’s Television Foundation (ACTF).
