Jessica Dunne exits Disney, joins Mattel

Longtime Disney executive Jessica Dunne has accepted a new role at Mattel as its GM and SVP of consumer products.

In her new role, the former EVP of licensing for Disney Classic Characters and Disney Baby will be tasked with overseeing licensing for hit Mattel brands including Barbie, Hot Wheels, Monster High, Fisher-Price and American Girl.

Dunne will report to Tim Kilpin, Mattel’s EVP, Global Brands Team – Boys & Girls, and David Allmark, EVP, Global Brands Team – Fisher-Price, as well as support American Girl EVP Jean McKenzie.

During her time at Disney, Dunne also served as EVP of global licensing for Disney Consumer Products, EVP of Disney Moms and Babies, and EVP of Global Toys and Electronics.

Prior to joining Disney Consumer Products, Dunne was SVP of network marketing and off-channel commerce at Cartoon Network.
