Disney Store will transform a retail space in New York City’s Times Square into an interactive retail destination set to open its door in Fall 2010.
The space is located at 1540 Broadway, between 45th and 46th Street and is currently undergoing extensive renovations.
The new Disney Store will showcase a wide assortment of products inspired by the iconic Disney characters and entertainment properties. The newly designed outlet will place an emphasis on interactive play and special events. There will also be a variety of celebrity appearances to promote the location.
Over the next five years, Disney Store plans to transform its more than 300 retail locations across the US and Europe to reflect the new design being established at the Times Square store.
