Sprout ups Mark Sacher to VP of research

PBS Kids Sprout has promoted media research veteran Mark Sacher to VP of research for the US-based 24-hour preschool network.

PBS Kids Sprout has promoted media research veteran Mark Sacher to VP of research for the US-based 24-hour preschool network.

Sacher, who was formerly Sprout’s senior director of research, will continue to lead the kidnet’s research initiatives in programming, marketing and consumer insights.

Working with all departments across Sprout, he will also be responsible for developing cross-platform growth opportunities for the brand and helping create advertising, media and consumer messaging for the network.

Sacher joined Sprout in 2010 as a consultant and previously spent more than seven years as VP of research for Turner Broadcasting’s domestic news brands.
