Toronto, Canada-based prodco marblemedia has been keeping busy with the creation of a new department for working with broadcasters and brands to bring new programming to multiple screens.
Looking to help brands connect with consumers through Canadian entertainment, the department will focus on in-house projects and special initiatives with marblemedia’s partners – broadcasters, brands and other producers. And to help establish the new biz, Lisa Reis has come on board.
As director of brand integration, Reis comes to marblemedia with 18 years of experience in advertising and media. Revenue generated from these new initiatives will go towards creating stronger Canuck multi-platform entertainment.
The company is now in discussions with partners on branded entertainment initiatives, including Just Like Mom…and Dad, a remake of the classic Canadian family game show that teams up parents and their kids, which is currently in development. A corresponding online game allows the home audience to play along online.
