Brit Chicks gets first licensee

BritChicks.com attracted more than 70,000 unique users in the first month after its launch on October 1. The virtual world, repped by Target Entertainment in the UK, has also landed its first licensee.

BritChicks.com attracted more than 70,000 unique users in the first month after its launch on October 1. The virtual world, repped by Target Entertainment in the UK, has also landed its first licensee.

Hong Kong’s Prosperity Industrial will produce beaded craft items including beaded jewelry kits, spray pens, spray tattoo pens, spyroarts and stencil sets, paper styling stencil kits and scrapbooks. The licensee has worldwide rights excluding the UK.

Additionally, visits to the site that brings the jet-set lifestyle of a modern pop band to girls 12 and under, averaged 17 minutes each during the first month.
