TVO develops Wish Come True with Guru Studio and Home Plate Entertainment
Canadian provincial pubcaster TVO has come on board as a development partner for Wish Come True, a new preschool series that explores the world of wishes from Toronto's Guru Studio and L.A.-based Home Plate Entertainment.
