Mind Candy appoints chief people officer

Penny Handscomb has joined Mind Candy, the entertainment company behind the kids' virtual world Moshi Monsters, as chief people officer, where she will lead the company's human resources and talent management as it looks to grow its work force by more than 100 people this year.
