She’ll be honing her efforts on cross-platform distribution for Rainmaker’s original content. Reporting directly to CEO Catherine Winder, she’ll also help expand the prodco’s work-for-hire business in addition to targeting new distribution opps for Rainmaker’s content in feature film, direct-to-DVD and TV. Her initial focus will be on ReBoot and she’ll work closely on the internal development slate with director of development Kimberly Dennison, who’s responsible for finding and developing new projects.

Kalagian most recently comes from heading up Kalagian Productions, where her client base included Cartoon Network, Starz Media, Marvel, Mattel and Wildbrain. She also spent 10 years with Cartoon Network in several exec roles and participated in developing a number of series including Atomic Betty, Code Lyoko and Storm Hawks, among others.
