Hands-on survival skills and DIY fun await kids who visit The Trentham Estate in the UK, thanks to Rocket Licensing’s promo partnership with the Staffordshire-based leisure destination for IP Dangerous Book for Boys.

With an emphasis on outdoor activities, the estate has been running a six-week program featuring free Dangerous Book-branded family events on the weekends that runs to the end of this month. Interactive survival skills events that teach participants how to live with nature (i.e. constructing a den, foraging for food, making tools) top the bill.

Promotions included coverage in regional and national papers and radio, along with supporting materials such as site posters, logo-clad banners and reception info on the estate’s website. Also produced was a free Dangerous Book for Boys guide to Trentham Estates with tips on best places to collect conkers, find trees to climb, fly kites and hide in prairie grass.
