Jim Henson’s Sid the Science Kid is aiming to introduce kids to the science behind the weather, as PBS Kids debuts five new eps of the preschool series on its morning block.
The eps are set to premiere over a one-week period between September 14 and 18 and delve into meteorological phenomena. Meanwhile a new online game is bowing on pbskids.org/sid to complement the new eps that lets kids spin a virtual weather wheel and choose appropriate clothing options for Sid character Gerald to face the elements on that day.
