Just in time for the friendly ghost’s 60th anniversary, new comic book series Casper and the Spectrals will be making its debut this fall.
Classic Media has licensed Ardden Entertainment, publisher of the Flash Gordon comics, to produce the new series based on Casper, Wendy the Good Little Witch and Hot Stuff with updated graphic designs, new themes and storylines. It’s based on a concept by veteran comic book creator and writer J.M. DeMatteis and Ardden co-founder Brendan Deneen, written by Todd Dezago and illustrated by Pedro Delgado.
