Turner launches next-gen augmented reality for new gaming experience

Teamed with The BIO Agency, Turner Broadcasting UK will be the first broadcaster in the territory to introduce the newest iteration of augmented reality for online gaming.

Launching tomorrow on Cartoon Network UK will be the multiplatform campaign for Incredikids, a 3-D AR game that comprises a trio of interactive virtual gaming environments at www.incredikids.co.uk. It can be accessed without downloading anything so users can get into the game right away.

The games will be set in a 3-D landscape in an urban racing scene, underwater submarine pursuit and a futuristic space chase, where kids play against villain, Syracticus Lazarus and compete against each other by uploading their scores to a games leaderboard.
