Taking the creative lead at MTV Networks International is Roberto Bagatti, who’s just been named VP of creative as well as creative director of its World Design Studio in Milan, where he’ll be based.

Reporting to EVP of music brands for MTVNI Antonio Campo Dall’Orto, Bagatti will be reinforcing the creative powers of the company, where he’ll align creative output with brand content along with overseeing and directing international branding projects across channel and property identities.

He’ll also help to build consistency between on-air, online, print and beyond, working with regional creative directors in Europe, Latin America and Asia and the Regional Design Studios in Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, London, Singapore, Tokyo and Warsaw. Most recently, Bagatti and his team led the creative development and execution of MTV’s international rebrand that launched this week.
