Sprout’s Dress Chica iPhone game has already seen more than 62,000 downloads and now the channel has teamed up with The Studio at New Wave Entertainment to launch branded video player app Sprout Player on iTunes.

The new free iPhone app will stream three-to-four-minute podcasts of Sprout series that are already available on iTunes, targeting parents with preschoolers. With simple audio instructions, The Player also houses a promo area for parents to check out Sprout’s programming schedule and various clips about upcoming events.

Dress Like Chica will be the next game to come out of the collaboration this month, where parents can upload pics of their kids and put them front and center of the game.
