Scoring top ratings on its US broadcast home Nickelodeon, CGI animated comedy The Penguins of Madagascar is set to air in the Great White North on YTV this fall, and in the meantime, the Canuck kidnet is offering young viewers a sneak peek at the series.
The evening of Friday June 26 will be the first chance to catch a glimpse of Penguins, among episodes of iCarly and SpongeBob one-hour special Atlantis SquarePantis.
YTV will run animated Penguins shorts throughout July and August, leading up to the premiere on September 12 at 9 a.m., when it’ll find a home on the Saturday morning hosted Crunch block.
The kidnet will also give viewers a week of sneak peek eps from Monday, August 31 until Friday, September 4 in The Zone block.
