UK agent Lisle International Licensing has inked new merchandising deals for Australian toyco Moose Toys’ gross-out boys IP The Trash Pack.
Jumping on board is Bazooka Candy which is set to produce Trash Pack edible treats (gummies with and without collectibles) across the UK and Eire, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia. The products will hit retail stores from April 2014.
Publisher DJ Murphy has also announced that from issue six, The Trash Pack Magazine will have increased circulation in supermarkets with Asda giving the mag on-shelf presence in 100 additional stores.
Since launching in the UK in April 2013, the mag for boys six to nine, has seen a 75% boost in circulation for its summer bumper edition (issue 4). Future issues will feature taster packs of The Trash Pack Top Trumps and stickers from Giromax. In addition, to mark the launch of brand new series five, a special Trash Pack figure will be included in November’s issue.
Series four is currently in stores with series five, Trashies in yellow toilets, set to launch in a few weeks. The property features a line of more than 100 collectible garbage-themed toys.
