UK-based distributor Cake has inked a deal with Latin American digital platform DLA for a large slate of series.
Eight properties in total have been purchased for their VOD platform in Latin America. The distributor has been granted non-exclusive SVOD rights covering Latin America and Brazil, in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
The series included in the deal are as follows: Skunk-Fu!, Tiny Planets, Poppy Cat (pictured), Total Drama Island, Total Drama Action, Aesop’s Theater, Dead Gorgeous and Aifric.
Earlier this summer, Cake expanded its reach in Eastern Europe through selling series including Poppy Cat and The Sparticle Mystery.
