The Nickelodeon Shopping Centre Tour is the company’s latest entertainment initiative to engage kids this summer with SpongeBob and Dora stopping at five locations across the UK.

Inviting kids between three and 12 along with their parents, Nick will be hosting two full days at Lakeside Thurrock (Essex, August 1-2), Metro Shopping Centre (Gateshead, August 5-6), East Kilbride Shopping Centre (near Glasgow, August 8-9), Meadowhall Shopping Centre (Sheffield, August 15-16) and Merry Hill Shopping Centre (West Midlands, August 19-20).

Character appearances and meet-and-greet photo opps will be the main kid attraction. However, Nick-centric 3-D interactive activities and daily giveaways will also generate traffic to key retailers of SpongeBob and Dora product lines such as Argos, Boots, BHS, Claire’s Accessories, Clinton’s Cards, Early Learning Centre, Game, HMV, Mothercare and New Look.
