Shout! Factory inks new deal with Phase 4 Films

Santa Monica, California-based multiplatform entertainment company Shout! Factory has appointed Phase 4 Films to handle all non-music distribution duties in Canada. Under the terms of this alliance, Phase 4 Films will distribute Shout! Factory's new releases and extensive catalogue of packaged media (Blu-ray and DVD titles) and select digital entertainment content effective January 1.
