MIPTV may be behind us, but TV-Loonland is continuing to scoop up broadcast deals for its animated short series Leon.

The 52 x three-minute co-pro with Studio Hari and France 3 has been picked up by Disney Spain for its DTT channel, TV4 (Sweden), DRTV (Denmark), MTV3 (Finland), RUV (Iceland), TV3 (Spain) and Novi Mediji (Croatia).

Meanwhile, Chellozone Media has snapped up the pay-TV rights across Central European territories, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and the former Yugoslavia.

Leon will also be roaming Down Under with a home video deal with ABC Australia, and then into Asia, where Global TV (Indonesia) has acquired the TV rights.

The show is currently in production and set for full delivery by this Christmas.
