In a first-time co-pro on a long format animated series with a North American partner, China’s CCTV Animation is teaming up with PorchLight Entertainment to develop and produce preschool series Snap! Let’s Go!
The 52 x 12-minute series revolves around the adventures of a Chinese girl, Western boy, their panda bear mentor, and Snap, the mischievous dragon, as they all explore new locations and learn about each others’ culture. The series will teach Chinese viewers English, simultaneously teaching Mandarin phrases to other viewers around the world.
