It looks like Halifax Film’s puppet series Mighty Jungle, distributed by Decode Enterprises, will be getting some young American explorers, as PBS Sprout acquires the preschool series.
Available in more than 47 million US homes, Sprout will debut the 46 x 11-minute series on April 24 at 5:30 p.m. ET as part of its special Earth Day programming. Mighty Jungle was commissioned by Canada’s CBC and has recently been sold to Disney Channels in Asia and Latin America.
