Looking to bolster the presence of its Dragon Ball franchise in Nordic and Eastern Europe, Toei Animation has tapped Plus Licens to rep the property in the territories.
With the exception of video games and publishing, Plus Licens is on board to manage Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT merch, video and TV rights.
