Following the recent shift of MTVNI’s India business to its Emerging Markets group, Bhavneet Singh has been recruited to join the exec ranks at Viacom18, Viacom and Network18’s joint-venture in India.
As MD and EVP of Emerging Markets for MTVNI, he’s the newest member to join the management team and board of directors, stepping into role vacated by Amit Jain, who now heads up special projects for the company. Singh is credited with doubling the size of the MTVNI’s emerging markets business in the last two years. At Viacom18, he’ll be helping to further establish MTVNI’s multimedia business in the territory.
