In an effort to target urban Indian viewers, Turner International has partnered with Alva Brothers Entertainment to create Real Global Broadcasting, a Hindi entertainment TV channel that’s slated to debut in March.
Real, a 50/50 joint-venture between the two companies, will offer a fun and positive experience with interactive entertainment, hoping to reach the modern Indians, blending non-fiction and fiction with a storytelling approach. The digitally encrypted pay-TV channel will be distributed through Zee Turner, available through the country on cable and digital platforms.
