Product from the latest edition of Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, will soon be making its way across Europe and South Africa, thanks to a toy distribution deal with Upper Deck International.
The agreement will see Upper Deck distributing product from Playmates, the property’s master toy partner, to key European territories, including the UK and Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Benelux, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Greece, as well as Israel, Turkey and South Africa.
To date, more than 18.1 billion Yu-Gi-Oh! trading cards have been translated into seven languages and sold in 51 countries, where roughly six million six- to eight-year-olds collect and play the trading card game worldwide.
