BBC Worldwide makes Doctor Who licensing priority

With the announcement of Matt Smith stepping into the coveted role of Doctor Who, BBC Worldwide has also confirmed that the property will be one of its licensing priorities through the new year, renewing and extends its relationship with master toy partner Character Options.
