The US is getting a Spanish flavour for the BBC’s preschool-branded channel CBeebies, launching on Dish Network, available in 13.78 million State-side homes.
It’s the first wholly-owned, Spanish-language channel in the US for BBC Worldwide Channels. CBeebies will be accessible to all subscribers of DishLatino and DishMexico packages on Channel 848. The network is the third largest pay-TV provider in the US.
In the last 12 months, CBeebies has also launched in Africa, Australia, Poland, India and across Asia, in addition to a Hispanic feed for Mexico and the US.
