ER secures US deal for Shelldon

Entertainment Rights has secured a US broadcast deal for the new CGI animated series Shelldon.

Entertainment Rights has secured a US broadcast deal for the new CGI animated series Shelldon.

Through the deal, the series will be seen on qubo’s programming block, which currently airs on NBC, Telemundo and ION TV nets.

The 13 x 30-minute series, which focuses on environmental themes, targets kids ages four to eight and is scheduled to premiere in Spring 2009.

As well, the company has secured the worldwide rights (excluding Italy, Germany, Austria, German and Italian speaking Switzerland) to kids series Me, Myself and The Others.

The 52 x five minutes traditionally animated series is a co-pro between RAI Fiction, Enanimation, Motus and Motionworks and is based on the publishing franchise Favole by Andrea Pazienza.
