• Cartoon Network's looking to replicate Ben 10's UK broadcast and consumer products success in Germany, having just inked a deal to air the series of the same name on RTL2 in January 2009. CN Enterprises, meanwhile, has just signed on agent Concept-TV & Merchandising to roll out a full licensing program.

• Entertainment Rights will be toting a brand-new 80-minute animated movie built around bumbling protagonist Mr. Magoo to MIPCOM. Produced with Mexico's Anima Estudios and Motion Toons, ER's Kung Fu Magoo features a new generation of voice talent, including Cole and Dylan Sprouse for The Suite Life of Zack & Cody fame.

• There's a party in my tummy, oh yeah, oh yeah...Wildbrain Entertainment's Yo Gabba Gabba is getting the mealtime treatment from Spokane, Washington-based Zak Designs. The company has developed a wide range of Yo Gabba products sized for preschoolers, including preschool-sized dinner and flatware, a 9oz juice tumbler and a Fun Floats Sipper.

• PBS Kids celebrates Halloween on October 31 with new holiday-themed eps of Martha Speaks, Super Why, WordWorld, Cyberchase, Arthur and Maya & Miguel.
