CBBC magazine series Blue Peter is on the hunt for Britain’s new spy kids.

The long-running TV show has launched a competition that will see three lucky kids get an exclusive tour of British intelligence agency MI5.

Dubbed “Project Petra” (after one of Blue Peter’s favorite pets), the program is open to kids ages  eight to 14. Eight applicants will be selected to attend a special spy school, where their observational and analytical skills will be tested over a weekend of tough challenges. An expert panel, including children’s author Anthony Horowitz, has been appointed to whittle the candidates down to a final three, who will become official CBBC Intelligence Officers.

CBBC Intelligence Officers then get an exclusive tour of Thames House, MI5’s headquarters in London, which will be filmed by Blue Peter—marking the first time TV cameras have been allowed into the top-secret building.

Airing every Thursday at 5.30 p.m. on CBBC, Blue Peter is known for its viewer-focused initiatives. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of sci-fi classic Doctor Who, it launched a competition for kids to design a gadget that could be featured in the Doctor Who series.
