Santa Monica, California-based multiplatform entertainment company Shout! Factory has promoted four its veteran executives—Melissa Boag, David McIntosh, Jordan Fields and Tom Chen.

Boag (pictured), who started with the company in 2003, moves up to SVP of kids & family entertainment. She was previously the VP of the same division, responsible for all kids/family animated and live-action releases, as well as marketing, communications, advertising and branding. She also manages the company’s partnership with Hasbro Studios.

McIntosh retains his role as SVP of business affairs, adding digital distribution to his remit. In addition to overseeing the the day-to-day business operations for the company, he manages Shout’s film and TV properties across all non-physical formats, including broadcast, SVOD, AVOD, EST, TVOD and theatrical.

Fields slides into the VP of acquisitions role after building up Shout’s catalog over his past eight years with the company. He’s been key in finding and negotiating deals for TV and film properties to distribute in physical and non-physical formats. He also played a central role in transitioning Shout from a home video distributor to a full-fledged media company, including acquiring content for digital streaming service Shout! Factory TV and guiding the company’s expansion into original productions.

Finally, Chen sheds associate from his job title to take a VP of publicity role. He now leads the communications team, developing brand initiatives and publicity strategies for all Shout’s TV, film libraries and original productions.
