People moves: Adastra expands roster

UK-based writer-led prodco Adastra Creative has expanded, adding Anna Starkey as a development producer on a consultancy basis. Starkey will focus on the in-house production division of the company, drawing on her experience as a writer for various UK preschool productions, including Guess with Jess and Thomas the Tank Engine and Bob the Builder.
