The appointments just keep on coming at Copenhagen, Denmark-based Kidz Entertainment. In addition to the recent promotion of Lisa McBride to CEO, the Nordic licensing agency is bolstering its Stockholm, Sweden office with the appointment of Gabriel Sturm to the post of VP of sales and marketing.

Sturm joins the company from Alicom Licensing, and will start work at Kidz’ Stockholm office on August 27. He’s charged with managing key partner accounts within the territory and deepening ties with retailers and existing licensees. Identifying new business opportunities with the region’s licensees, retailers, promotional partners and distributors is also a priority for Sturm.

During his time with Alicom, Sturm repped high-profile properties including The Simpsons, Ice Age and Strawberry Shortcake.
