Upstart girls' online entertainment destination Stardoll, has appointed Glenn Ginsburg to the position of SVP of advertising sales. Ginsburg moves over from Comedy Central/MTV Networks, where was VP of interactive sales and pioneered the nets' digital sales efforts.
