Having sold 425,000 copies of Edgar & Ellen’s first six-book series, Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing’s has signed a deal with IP owner Star Farm Productions to produce six more books.
The new series will include two graphic novels, a pop-up book and a how-to book entitled Mischief Manual, written in the voice of the two title characters, which will hit US retailers later this month.
The first release Rare Beasts is now in its sixth printing in the US and animated short series Edgar & Ellen, produced by Star Farm Productions and Bardel Entertainment in association with YTV, airs on Nicktoons Network US, YTV, Nickelodeon UK, Nickelodeon International and ABC Australia.
