4Kids Entertainment has inked a deal with Cox Communications to carry 4Kids TV On Demand, bringing the service's US household coverage to 13.5 million.

Cartoon Network is using its Toonami block to help promote Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer that hits theatres on June 15th. On Saturday May 26 a custom spot will run revealing the Silver Surfer with a 1-800 toll-free number in its wake. Viewers are encouraged to call the number for a chance to win a trip to California for surfing lessons or one of several Fantastic Four toy sets from Hasbro.

• Wayne, New Jersey-based mega retailer Toys 'R' Us has launched an online gift card service. Customers can create personalized gift cards and use them to purchase product in-store or online at www.Toysrus.com.
