London, England-based Entara has signed a co-production deal with Toronto, Canada’s March Entertainment to develop a new children’s animated series for TV. Dex Hamilton: Alien Entomologist is a 26 x 23-minute comedy-action toon that goes along with its namesake protagonist as he pursues alien life forms and helps contain an evil mastermind.

Entara showcased the project at MIPTV and is currently seeking worldwide broadcast partners, with an eye on the UK market to kick off the launch. The gameplan also calls for mobile, digital and online incarnations from the get-go.
