• Pop star Avril Lavigne is developing manga-inspired shorts to air on Anime Network's mobile platform. Manga-producer ADV Films is promoting Lavigne's new album across its Anime Network in exchange for the broadcast and mobile distribution rights to the shorts.

• The Danger Rangers Safety Rules! live show kicks off its second season on April 28th at Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The 20-minute show is a co-production of Educational Adventures and New York City-based RWS & Associates Entertainment Inc. and aims to educate children about everyday safety.
