Spain-based BRB Internacional has been named distributor for the new season of animated children’s series Lilly the Witch.
Following a pact with global sales and distribution company ohm:tv, BRB will manage series rights in Canada, Latin America, Australia, Asia and select European countries including Spain and Portugal.
Along with a new distributor, the upcoming season of Lilly the Witch will feature updated character and setting designs. Aimed at six- to nine-year-olds, the 26 x 22-minute series is produced by German animation producer Trixter in co-operation with broadcasters WDR and ORF, and prodcos DOR Film (Austria) and AT-Anim (Belgium).
Lilly the Witch is based on the best-selling book series Hexe Lilli by German author Knister, first published in 1994.
