As YouTube, social media channels and online influencers continue to rise in popularity with today’s youth, the sixth-annual Streamy Awards nominations reveal an uptick in shows and personalities targeting kids and families.

This year, unboxing channel EvanTubeHD (pictured), chat show Kid President, teen Musical.ly star Baby Ariel, singer Hailey Knox and web comedy Kids React are among the nominees.

Other notable nominees include Scare PewDiePie, Miranda Sings, Disposable Teens and Sky Does Minecraft.

Additionally, Oscar’s Hotel for Fantastical Creatures featuring puppets from Jim Henson’s Creature Shop and Epic Rap Battles of History garnered the most nominations with four each.

Three new awards have also been added this year—Virtual Reality and 360-degree video, Live and Feature.

Celebrating the best in YouTube, online and social video and the creators behind the content, the 2016 Streamy Awards will be held on October 4 at the Beverly Hilton in L.A.

The nominees for two fan-voted awards, Entertainer of the Year and Fan of the Year, will also be announced in the coming weeks.

According to Nielsen, last year’s awards program was the leading social non-sports program on TV the day it aired, and nearly 475,000 Tweets were sent from more than 97,000 people about the Streamy Awards, while 2.3 million people saw the Tweets a total of 9.3 million times.
