People moves: EA Mobile appoints new SVP & GM

Michael Marchetti has been named SVP and GM of Electronic Arts Mobile, and will assume his new position on April 2nd.

Michael Marchetti has been named SVP and GM of Electronic Arts Mobile, and will assume his new position on April 2nd. Marchetti is charged with overseeing all production, distribution and global strategic initiatives at EA Mobile and will report directly to CEO John Riccitello. Marchetti joined the company in 2006 from JAMDAT Mobile. He was previously chief financial officer for JAMDAT before its acquisition by EA.
