Famed New York toy retailer FAO Schwarz will have fashion designer Robert Tonner on hand to sign limited-edition Emma and Mimzy dolls from New Line Cinema’s The Last Mimzy on Monday.
Tonner will be joined by the director of the film, Robert Shaye, as well as cast members including Timothy Hutton, Joely Richardson, Rhiannon Leight Wryn and Chris O’Neil. The film, which opens on March 23, is based on a sci-fi short story telling the tale of two young siblings who discover a mysterious box of toys that endows them with special talents.
The event will take place between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at FAO Schwarz’s Fifth Avenue flagship store
