People in new jobs

Bandai America (Cypress, California, 714-816-9500): Larry Falcon will be putting his 20 years of industry experience to work as the new senior VP of sales for the California-based toyco. The former VP will be heading up Bandai's national and Canadian sales teams for kids toy brands and forging relations and partnerships with mass market retailers. Meanwhile, former VP of marketing Michael Riley has been upped to main licensing agent, where he will be in charge of managing new property acquisitions and continue leading marketing activities in the U.S.
